Choc Crackles Recipe

Step One

Line 24  cupcake tins with paper baking cups.

Step Two

Combine the puffed rice and coconut in a large bowl.

Step Three

Melt chocolate either in microwave (following microwave instructions) or on stove top. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir until the chocolate has melted. Remove from the heat.

Step Four

Pour the melted chocolate over the Coco Pops mixture and, using a wooden spoon, stir gently until evenly combined. Spoon the mixture into the baking cups. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set.

Step Five

Eat & enjoy the party!

Step Six

The chocolate crackles will keep, stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator, for up to 2 weeks
