Delivery Information:
Collecting from Shailer Park Shop
Your pick update will be the business day before your event. The date for return is the business day after. For example, if you are looking for the weekend, pick up on Friday, return Monday.
Our office is open between 9 am and 5 pm. If you would like to request an early pickup, let us know. Early collections and returns can be between 7:30 am and 9 am.

Delivery in Brisbane
If you are in the Brisbane area, our driver will be delivering the items to you. This will typically be the business day before your event but be sure to check your booking confirmation for the exact delivery date. The kit will then be collected the following business day. Someone will need to be at the provided address between 9 am and 5 pm.

Special Deal. Orders $200+ include free shipping in Brisbane. If you want to take up this offer, please select "Collect from Shop" option and then write that you wish to have your order delivered. Note: Only available for Brisbane customers. For laser tag rentals of $500+ we will deliver for free in SEQ, such as the Gold Coast & Ipswich. Please give us a call to check if you are in our free delivery area. :-)

Delivery elsewhere in Australia
We use the courier StarTrack Express. Your order will arrive 1-3 business days prior to your event. Please double check your expected delivery date on your confirmation email. Someone will need to be at your address between 9 am and 5 pm on all date including delivery, back-up days & collection during these times. We recommend a business address for this reason.
