Boxes being delivered and collected to our home started & ended the experience off well for me. Setup was relatively simple - requires a bit of old school brain power but instructions provided were clear and helpful! Peter and the team were on standby to help at the end of the phone if needed.
Kit was all fully charged and worked perfectly which was my biggest worry. The kids and adults all loved it and the fact that we had the kit for the whole weekend meant the fun didn’t have to end when the party did.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your hire includes the equipment and essentials needed to get your games underway. Depending on your package, this can include:
• Laser taggers and controllers.
• Spares and game props.
• Keys to switch the equipment on and off.
• Easy-to-follow setup instructions and game guides.
• Fully charged batteries and a battery charger.
Courier deliveries also include the return arrangements, so you don't need to organise your own return shipment.
There's no Wi-Fi or internet connection required, no downloads and no ongoing software fees. Just unpack, switch on and play!
A standard set of 8 laser taggers comes packed in two boxes. Each box measures 44cm x 42cm x 49cm and weighs around 16kg.
These two boxes can easily fit on the back seat of a small sedan like a Toyota Corolla or Hyundai i30—or in the boot of an SUV or 4WD.
If you're hiring a larger pack, we recommend leaving space in the back seats just to be safe!
There is no need for Wi-fi or the Internet. Better still, the equipment comes with fully charged batteries so that you can play & play. (Oh, and we will include a battery charger, but, honestly, most people never need to touch it!). There are no ongoing software fees, no downloads required, and no technical expertise needed.
Just unpack, switch on, and play! Laser tag rentals are perfect for vacation cares, schools, camps, parties, and reward days.
Instead of using paintball pellets or gel blaster ammo, laser tag uses an invisible infrared beam—just like the one in your TV remote. That means there’s no mess, no pain, and no need for protective gear like goggles.
In other words, Laser Tag uses harmless infrared beams (no paintballs or projectiles) so it’s completely painless and eye-safe.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your event. This gives us time to check, prepare and dispatch your equipment so it arrives ready for your event.
If you're in a rural or regional area, you'll generally need to allow a little more time for delivery.

In fact, we have also had adults play laser tag. The oldest player was 88.
But the best age for laser tag is between 8 and 14.
Each rental includes basic insurance coverage. Minor wear and tear is covered. There's no need to pay a bond. Significant damage may incur additional fees.
