How do we qualify for free shipping?

Book a laser tag rental for delivery in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Gold Coast metro areas for $300+ and we will include free shipping (see maps).

If you live outside this area or your order is less than $300 then freight will be calculated at checkout. (Or you can give us a call - PH 1800266587.)

If you are in metro Brisbane, our driver will deliver the items to you. This will typically be the business day before your event, please check your booking confirmation for the exact delivery date. The kit will then be collected the next business day after your event. Someone must be at the provided address between 9 am and 5 pm.

Elsewhere we use Startrack. Delivery will be 1-3 business days before your event. Be sure to check your confirmation email for the Estimated Delivery Date. Please keep that someone will need to be available to sign for the boxes. Choose a delivery address that will have someone at the location between 9 am and 5 pm on all three days. We will also book the return courier for you, and the gear will be collected the business day after your event.

Collecting from our Shailer Park shop?

You are welcome to collect / return your order from our shop in Brisbane (Shailer Park, Logan). We are located next door to the Loganholme Hyperdome Shopping Centre. We're right off the M1.

Your pick-up date will be the business day before your event. The date for return is the business day after your event. For example, if you are booking for the weekend, pick up on Friday, return Monday.

Our shop is open between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

If you would like to request an early pickup, let us know. Appointments for early collections and returns can be made between 7:30 am and 9 am.

Laser Tag rental delivery elsewhere in Australia?

We use the courier StarTrack to deliver your laser tag rental across Australia. Your order will arrive 2-4 business days prior to your event. Please double check your expected delivery date on your confirmation email.

We also book in your return collection with StarTrack for the business day after your event.

Someone will need to be at your address between 9 am and 5 pm on all dates including delivery, backup days & collection during these times. We recommend a business address for this reason.

NOTE: All NT, SA, WA and remote outback area rentals need to be made at least 3 weeks in advance to give us enough time for the courier.

Awesome Taggers Box Dimensions

We pop excitement into every box and ship it to you.

Just in case you were wondering how big the boxes are, here is a graphic.

This box is the same size for:

If you order a set of 8 you'll get 2 boxes.

If you order a set of 12 then you will get 3 boxes. And so on.

Each box is roughly 18 kg.

Royale Taggers Box Dimensions

Just like the Awesome Taggers if you order the Royale Taggers we will pop the excitement into some boxes and ship them to you.

We will send you a confirmation email with a link to the Terms and Conditions. (Agree to these online, it only takes a moment.)

Step 3: Laser Tag To Your Door

SEQ: For a weekend event, our drivers will deliver on Friday and collect on Monday.

Exact days may vary - we'll let you know when you book! Everywhere else: The kit will arrive 1-3 business days before your event. Be sure that someone is at your address for delivery! In each case, you don't need to sign for the delivery, and our driver will remain 1.5m apart to maintain social distance. (Please note someone does have to be at your place, to accept the delivery & acknowledge the return collection.)

We understand the trust our customers place in us to deliver safe, fully prepared laser tag rental packs and we take our responsibility seriously. That is why all our deliveries are contactless.

Step 4: Party Enjoy~!

Rent for Saturday and get Sunday for free. Or rent for one full day mid-week.

Step 5: Return

We will book the courier to collect the gear from your place. Inside the box/boxes will be a big envelope this will have you return courier labels/paperwork.

Please note someone must be there to acknowledge this with the courier driver.
