Please note if you are getting your box delivered by courier, you'll need to be at your delivery address between 9 am and 5 pm to sign for it. Likewise, you'll need to be there for collection.

Alternatively, you can save on shipping and collect your gear from our shop in Shailer Park, Qld.

What is the Special Delivery Deal for Brisbane / SEQ?

Book a laser tag rental for $350+ and we will include free shipping in Brisbane metro (50km from Brisbane City CBD.)

If you are in metro Brisbane, our driver will be delivering the items to you. This will typically be the business day before your event, please check your booking confirmation for the exact delivery date. The kit will then be collected the next business day after your event. Someone will need to be at the provided address between 9 am and 5 pm.

If you want to take up this offer, please select "Collect from Shop" option and then write that you wish to have your order delivered. Note: Only available for Brisbane customers. Please give us a call to check if you are in our free delivery area. :-)

Collecting from our Shailer Park shop?

You are welcome to collect / return your order from our shop in Brisbane (Shailer Park, Logan). We are located next door to the Loganholme Hyperdome Shopping Centre. We're right off the M1.

Your pick-up date will be the business day before your event. The date for return is the business day after your event. For example, if you are booking for the weekend, pick up on Friday, return Monday.

Our shop is open between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).

If you would like to request an early pickup, let us know. Appointments for early collections and returns can be made between 7:30 am and 9 am.

Laser Tag rental delivery elsewhere in Australia?

We use the courier StarTrack to deliver your laser tag rental across Australia. Your order will arrive 2-4 business days prior to your event. Please double check your expected delivery date on your confirmation email.

We also book in your return collection with StarTrack for the business day after your event.

Someone will need to be at your address between 9 am and 5 pm on all dates including delivery, backup days & collection during these times. We recommend a business address for this reason.

NOTE: All NT, SA, WA and remote outback area rentals need to be made at least 3 weeks in advance to give us enough time for the courier.

Thank you so much!! We had an awesome weekend. This is the second party we have had. Knowing what was coming we were able to prepare barricades, forts etc. in our backyard. We have played every night. Sometimes just two of us, sometimes 10.
From as young as 4 to as old as 61 and not one person walked off our playing field upset. All had grins from ear to ear!! Thank you so much. We look forward to booking again in March although we are all absolutely trashed. An incredible weekend. Thank you.
