Supply Crates and Loot Boxes have been in video games for years—now they’ve come to live-action gaming. This unit's software features a "Battlefield Royale" gaming theme, inspired by Fortnite.
Each Supply Crate holds three types of items at once:
Weapon emulation – Get an upgraded weapon type.
Ammunition type – Receive a boost of special ammo.
Aid item – Gain a power-up or health boost.
Every 15 seconds, the crate randomises the items automatically from its list, keeping the action unpredictable.

How It Works

Automatic Slot Management
When a player interacts with a Supply Crate, their tagger will:
Automatically equip the best available weapon (if they have ammo).
Apply health boosts as needed.
Display real-time inventory updates on the tagger screen.
On the player’s display, LINE 3 cycles through their current supplies, showing:
Available weapons, aids, and ammo counts.
What’s equipped and ready to use.
This feature makes it easy to keep track of resources mid-battle.

Delivery Info:
If you book a laser tag rental for delivery within the Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Gold Coast metro areas with an order value of $499 or more, you’ll get free shipping! (Check the delivery maps to see if you’re in the zone.) Please note that inflatables don’t qualify for free shipping, even if rented alongside laser tag gear.
For orders under $499 or deliveries outside these metro areas, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If you prefer, you can always give us a call at 1800 266 587 to chat about delivery options.
If you’re in metro Brisbane, we’ll personally deliver your gear, usually the business day before your event. The kit will be collected the next business day after your event. Just make sure someone is at the delivery address between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on both delivery and pickup days.
For other locations, we use StarTrack. Your gear will arrive 1–3 business days before your event—check your confirmation email for the exact estimated delivery date. Someone must be available to sign for the package between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on all delivery days. We’ll also arrange the return courier, and your gear will be collected the business day after your event.
You’re more than welcome to pick up and return your order from our shop in Brisbane, located in Shailer Park, Logan—right next door to the Loganholme Hyperdome Shopping Centre and just off the M1.
Pick-up will be the business day before your event, and returns are due the business day after. For example, if your event is on the weekend, you’d pick up on Friday and return on Monday.
Our shop hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Need to collect early? Just let us know! We can arrange appointments for early pick-ups and returns between 7:30 am and 9 am.
StarTrack is used to deliver laser tag rentals across Australia. Orders typically arrive 3–5 business days before the event. Be sure to check the expected delivery date on the confirmation email.
Return collection with StarTrack is also arranged for the business day after the event.
Someone must be present at the delivery address between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on all relevant days — including delivery, backup days, and collection. A business address is recommended for this reason.
Note: Rentals to NT, SA, WA, and remote outback areas must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance to allow enough courier time.
